My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is quiet with a nice view, and the modern room design was a pleasant surprise. The service was fast and efficient, though a bit rushed at times. The service was top-notch, with polite and helpful staff who tried their best to accommodate all requests. The location, in classic European Hyatt design, was superior in my opinion compared to others around Dusseldorf. The dining experience was amazing with a lot of variety available.
The hotel offers very clean and spacious rooms with great views of Düsseldorf, but the open shower room lacks privacy. The place was a bit dusty. The service is friendly with some areas of improvement, and the location is excellent on the harbor. The dining experience is decent but could be better organized.
